Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
You must accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions to lawfully use 3200's services. These terms are legally binding and govern the relationship between you and our platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Platform Usage Rules

Payment operations are strictly managed to ensure the security of funds. All transactions are recorded, and users may review their transaction history through their account. 3200 is not liable for delays caused by third parties or technical disruptions beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
3200 provides the platform on an 'as-is' basis with no guarantee of profitability or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses, data loss, or technical issues arising from use of the platform.
Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions and all activity on their accounts. All outcomes are final and 3200 will not intervene.
Account Policy: Suspension & Termination
3200 reserves the right to suspend, hold, or terminate a user account for reasons of security, terms violation, or suspicious activity. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify the user via their registered email.
Any unprocessed withdrawals will be handled in accordance with the current terms and applicable law. Users whose accounts have been terminated may not open a new account without written consent from 3200 management.
